This Privacy Policy describes how All In One Calculator ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), available at allinonecalculator.app and on mobile app stores, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our application and website.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
The App is designed to be privacy-first. We do not collect:
- The content of your calculations, inputs, results, or history — these are processed and stored locally on your device only.
- Your name, email address, phone number, or any account credentials — the App does not require registration.
- Your contacts, photos, files, messages, or precise location.
- Any health or financial values you enter into tools such as BMI, calorie, loan, or tax calculators.
2. Information We May Collect
To operate, maintain, and improve the App, we may collect limited, non-identifying information:
- Device and diagnostic data: device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and general performance metrics, used solely to identify and fix bugs.
- Aggregated usage statistics: anonymous counts such as which tool categories are opened most often, used to prioritize improvements. These statistics cannot be linked back to you.
- Approximate region: country-level locale derived from your device settings, used to display appropriate number formats, currencies, and units.
3. Advertising
The free version of the App may display advertisements served by third-party networks (such as Google AdMob). These networks may use a device advertising identifier to serve ads. You can reset or limit this identifier at any time in your device settings, and you may opt out of personalized advertising through your device's privacy controls. Upgrading to the ad-free version removes all advertising and associated ad-network processing.
4. How We Use Information
- To operate and maintain the App and website.
- To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance and stability.
- To understand, in aggregate, which features matter most to users.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties, and we do not use your data for cross-app tracking.
5. Data Storage & Security
Calculation history, favorites, and preferences are stored locally on your device using the operating system's protected app storage. If you delete the App, this local data is removed. Any diagnostic data transmitted to us is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on a small number of third-party services strictly for functionality — for example, live exchange rates for the currency converter. These requests do not include personal information beyond what is technically required (such as an IP address inherent to any internet request). Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your region (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. Because we hold virtually no personal data, most requests can be satisfied simply by clearing the App's local storage or uninstalling it — but we will honor any verified request sent to the contact below.
9. Data Retention
Anonymous diagnostic and usage data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or further aggregated.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date on this page and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
